The Christmas Bureau of the Columbia Valley believes that everyone from time to time has needed a helping hand. We know that everyone deserves a special Christmas dinner, and some gifts, without the added stress and financial burden that often comes with the Holiday season. To apply to be a recipient, please complete the form below.
Application Guidelines
Please read this section carefully.

Application must be completed by applicant only and the gift package must be picked up by the applicant.

If assistance is needed, applicants are eligible for one gift package per household.

All individuals included on this application must permanently reside with the applicant.
- Our program is available for residents between Spillmacheen and Canal Flats

Applicant must provide identification (ID) at the time of pickup and be prepared to show ID for all others listed on the application.

Applications must be completed and received no later than December 6th, 2024.

Please pick up your gift package on December 16th, 2024 at the Columbia Valley Centre in Invermere, BC between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Please fill out the online application form and submit, or download the application, fill it in and either email it to applications@christmasbureaucv.ca or mail it to: The Christmas Bureau of the Columbia Valley, Box 2595, Invermere, BC V0A 1K0.

Applications can also be picked up and dropped off at WorkBC Centre, Family Dynamix, Ministry of Children and Family Development, Canal Flats Food Bank, and Akisqnuk and Shuswap band offices, or mailed to: Christmas Bureau of the Columbia Valley, Box 2595, Invermere, BC V0A 1K0
